Artist's Comments invited me to join her contest, in which the only stipulation is that the artwork should be inspired by the music "Comptine d'un autre été L'après midi". It's a pretty piece that I wasn't familiar with; it made me think of rain.This is my first contest entry, and I enjoyed the work. Hope you like it. As usual, I plead ignorance in how to get the pictures posted in their actual brightness. Neither the scanner nor camera produced a true likeness of the picture. Done with Pablo colored pencils on cardstock. |
